  We went here on Tuesday to see Noel Gallagher, this was our second visit to the Arena and would recommend the experience!! Although, this review is to commend the staff and the medics who helped my husband when he became poorly, the gentleman attendant was quick to help and called the medics who were there within a couple of minutes, they were very attentive and he was well looked after. When he was well enough they took us back to the concert and we were given a couple of seats with easy access and were able to enjoy the end of the show. So a big THANKYOU to all who helped!

  Come tonight to watch noel Gallagher. 2 weeks ago my hubby had an operation and was struggling to walk and sit in the confined space. I spoke to a lovely lady on block 9 who directed me to customer services. The lady there kindly moved us to concourse seats which are basically chairs around the front railings reserved for disabled access. No problems at all!!! Thank you so much!!! People are always quick enough to put on a bad review but the team were so helpful tonight!!

  A great concert venue located in the heart of Birmingham. The staff were friendly and efficient and the venue is clean and tidy. Plenty of parking available, including wheelchair accessible parking. There are plenty of great places to eat and drink nearby.
