  Absolute hassle. The team here does not have a clue how to open new accounts. Was referred by a friend to switch here. Applied online and presented my passport at this branch. After weeks of radio silence, they have apparently lost my passport record and I had to go back 3 more times as they have also advise me thewrong proof of address to bring. Needless to sya after 3x, I had to walk away

  very friendly and helpful Nationwide branch, has 3 cash machines inside. swapped from a Natwest account holder to Nationwide and its been great.

  Nimira Lalji at the Finsbury Pavement branch was very helpful. Was very articulate in explaining all the products available in simple terms. Was administratively very efficient and followed up within 24 hours to confirm details. Very smooth service .. and not pushy at all!!
