  I thought this was a nice bank until I went in today and they told me they no longer receive transfers with cash what is the point of a bank who doesn't accept cash

  Awful place queue queue queue. Superb if you’re a pensioner who lives alone and wants some company when the day care centre is shut. For anyone with a family or business to run who is busy this is a complete AVOID Waited today for about 20 minutes while two utterly laborious staff did everything at very slow speeds. Bit like a third world airport slow and useless
