  I had a very massive banking problem. I never thought it could be resolve at all. After two visit to this brunch and talking about my problem , the staff did their very best with their manager in resolving impossible task for me which i always remember their great help and support. So big thanks to manager (Sadeq, Grant,and other team They very made me very happy, thanks to them

  Went in to exchange a damaged note (from washing machine). The note serial number was legible and it was still in one piece but generally the colour had faded. The clerk wouldn't go ahead with the exchange and then asked me to deal directly with the Bank of England. Didn't find the experience helpful.

  After 3 times I am still waiting for the mortgage advisor to call be back.....to book an appointment.
