::It is what it is, a branch with Windows and staff. Nothing special or significant. It's pleasant enough but its opening hours are fairly limited so you may find yourself unable to access the advice you want when you want it. The window display has pretty useful info to guide you with their financial products.

::I have to sympathise with the other bad reviews . After having called time after time again and leaving messages no one has bothered to call me back. When I eventually speak with someone I get conflicting advice - I'm going elsewhere .

::The best place to put your money in my opinion. This branch has some very friendly staff and is bright and welcoming. It's a bit small and usually quite busy, but not too hard to get an appointment.

::Stay away form these arrogant and absolutely useless bunch of unprofessional people. We have called and called (more than 10 times) ans everytime received a different answer from every-one we spoke to! Absolutely no responsibility or accountability from anyone in the organization. It seems it is impossible to speak to a mortgage advisor or personal banking exec in the organization. You go to their branch and they say you have to get an appointment. How does one get an appointment when everyone who answers the phone passes the buck! Seems like it is a bunch of individual clowns sitting in a building calling themselves a common name!
