::Only reason I opened this account is because NatWest open on Saturdays. I find the staff at this branch to be rude and unhelpful. When I'd filled everything out online, they made me do it again and the system wouldn't accept my details, even when I produced full ID. We eventually got there but only through my persistence, not from the staff being helpful.
