  Staff are rude and unhelpful, the new system trying to get rid of queues and cashier's is illogical and not clear. Awful customer service with simple requests and takes too long to talk to a person who can help.

  Not the cleanest branch when I went there and when I wanted to open an account they just gave me this used information pack with half the information missing

  One of the most helpfull banks ive ever been with. Visited many branches & by far have the best customer services around

  Very busy bank that now has easy quick pay terminals so you don't have to stand in a massive queues.
