    I have used this company for years and never had a problem with it till tonight! I booked a taxi for 00:45am it turned up early and called me so we came out straight away to find out we weren't allowed in this taxi as he had cancelled it for us being 'late' even though we came out the time we had originally booked it for, then for the taxi driver to call the office when he put the person on loud speaker which we heard him say 'aw mate just leave them' I think this is appalling customer service, yes I understand they have other bookings they need to get too but when I have had to wait 20 minutes after my booking time for one of their taxis to turn up and not even say a word about it for this to happen when I come out for when the taxi is booked absolutely shocks me! The way we were spoken to by both the taxi driver and the person from the office was awful!

    Absolutely useless. They are used by the AA for rescuing stranded motorists and promised to pick me up within 20 minutes. After waiting for 40 minutes I rang them and was told they couldn't get to me for another hour. Only wish I could give them zero stars

    Was not sure which firm to use. Glad IIchose these. Arrived early. Texts to keep me informed. Friendly enough. Cheap. Will definitely use again.

    Just tried to book three taxis. Earliest they could do was in an hour and a half. Tried to see if anyone could do earlier and the same company answered a number I tried. He answered in a ridiculously rude tone and told me they are the company I booked my taxis with and told me he had cancelled them before i even got a word in and hung up on me!! I also tried calling back several times and now there's no answer!! Clearly someone has no life. Cheers mate! Think the manager needs to replace the looser in charge of the bookings! Just lost them 3 cars worth of business.
