  Our afternoon tea was set in a grand house. We were treated with a warm welcome with excellent decor. The tea was good providing us with a selection of sandwiches, I would have liked less sweets and a few more sandwiches if I was to be nit-picky. I would recommend Netherstow house.

  Celebrated my Mum’s surprise ‘twilight tea’ party here on Saturday evening and we couldn’t have been happier with the service we received. The staff were so accommodating for every little request from decorating the room, helping to get Mum into the room without spotting anyone, dietary requests and the general run of the evening. All of us enjoyed the food and commented on how lovely the hotel was. So thank you to everyone that worked Saturday evening and beforehand to ensure this evening was a really magical one that Mum will never forget!!

  Afternoon tea is superb, the rooms are full of character and the staff are always brilliant. However, don't be fooled by the words 'fine dining' in the description, which is out of date - the hotel stopped offering that a while ago. Light meals of excellent quality are still available.

  A memorable experience, finely appointed old fashioned rooms but warm and comfortable. However the hotel is difficult to find. Check out on goo gle maps carefully before arriving!

  Had a fantastic time. Nothing to much trouble for the staff. Afternoon tea was the best I have ever had. So much food and all great quality. So much we could not eat it all and had to bring cake home. Will definitely be going back.
