  If there was a worst review like 0 star I would give this horrible company .. called once and I am never calling again they did not show up at my house yet receptionist lied and was not apologetic whatsoever my son nearly missed his appointment

  Life savers! Another firm let me down badly this morning and new armley cars turned up within 3 minutes after being given a 5 to 10 min waiting time. Thanks so much

  Pre Booked a taxi for 5.15am to catch a train at Leeds station at 6am to London to connect with eurostar to disneyland. Confirmed booking before going to bed. 5.25 still no taxi and no one answering the phone. Thank goodness amber are more reliable eh! Still calling now at 5:40 to complain and still no answer!!!!! Furious

  Just a total joke of a taxi firm, how are they even still going? 'Will be about 5 mins love' 25 mins later the taxi comes. Just get the bus instead because the amount of time you spend waiting you could have already been there.... This has happened 4 times in past 2 weeks so won't be using them again.
