We booked in here for 3 nights after having booked & paid for 3 nights in the disgraceful plaza beach hovel just up the road. We were welcomed in the new Oxford hotel by Natasha "Tash" she offered us a double & twin room. The hotel was clean, with fresh towels & clean fresh bedding. The communal areas were clean & welcoming plus there is a lift to upper floors. A very friendly welcoming hotel.

The worst experience of my life.......I went last year....Im writing the review a year later, still in shock!!!!!! Very very very dirty.. dogs all around the hotel.... room veryyyyy dirty....hair on the bed! I wanted to cry. Ended up leaving and getting a refund! left and went to another hotel. Hotels like this should be shut down for breaching of health and safety!!! If i could give a zero, i would. When explaining this to the owners they were very dismissive!!!! Please get this hotel shut down, no hotels should be this dirty and uninhabitable. I would carry on writing but this is getting me very angry.

Have stayed here for two nights for the last couple of years. The staff are very friendly and helpful, however the place itself is in need of an upgrade. Some of the furniture particularly in the front lounge is very shabby and in need of replacement. One of the shower cubicles was broken and rooms although clean enough were dated.

Just had a one night stay & wasn't impressed with this hotel at all carpet was dirty door of wardrobe fell off curtains hanging off one side shower door didn't close properly. There was a hole in the dining room ceiling. The whole place needs upgrading. On a plus side the staff were friendly & the food was good .
