  Disappointing. The ladies in the shop were rude to my partner over a refund that they refusing. We were lucky though - we had looked at buying our weddings rings from their nice titanium display but now knowing what their aftercare is like, we obviously had a lucky escape. Won’t be going back now.

  Superb customer service. Very quickly repaired my ring and returned it by special delivery within the week.
