  How I wish I could give a minus rather than any stars at all. Ordered a jacket and paid for it on the 30/12. By the 8th of Jan not heard anything. Called in the branch and at first they couldn't the order, then got told I'd have to wait longer. Asked to speak to the manager. She rang directory.. kept telling me that these things happen.. laugh laugh. Not in the slightest was it funny. After the directory cut her off I asked for a refund. Such a rude manager. Today called at the branch at 2.10pm. Men's section closed off for stock take. Assistant wouldn't let me in the area and kept referring to me as "mate". A few points.. Lack if customer service. Poor organisation having a Stocktake before closing for the day. Male section inaccessible. No forward thinking Rude members of staff who show no respect for the customers. Next you are a disgrace and an eyesore on the high st.

  Wish they had changing rooms but apart from that it's a good place to shoo

  Organised by sizes, sort of. No where to try things which is a shame.

  Dept in different places to what it says so riding up in the lift was a waste of my time.
