  No toilet facilities for the customers coming with kids as well. Not up to the standards.

  It would be good if you provided toilet facilities for your customers who travel here to specifically shop in your out of town store. Staff comments that they'll let you know customer dissatisfaction with this "if they are asked" is extremely unhelpful.

  Fast, friendly and straightforward customer service at the home ware dept when I found part of a light fixing to be out of size. Part replaced there and then with no drama.
