  Been ringing them up for 20 minutes. And no answer. Service is the worst ive experienced. Always fully booked for 4 weeks. Whats the point?

  If i could leave 0 stars i would. This surgery is by far the worst surgery i have ever dealt with. I have now changed to another surgery but for years every time i tried calling to book a appointment the line would ring out and then cut off...on the rare occasion i did get through to someone the receptionist are so rude and really need to learn some people skills. Blunt and miserable...even when your at the surgery they are miserable and rude. Don't bother with this place and even if you are registered here just leave and find a better surgery! I'm so much better off after leaving this place. Seriously i'm surprised that this surgery is allowed to still be open!

  A VERY GOOD SERVICE. FRIENDLY HELPFULL STAFF DR ARE DOING VERY WELL.

  Good GPs but literally impossible to reach through phone. I actually think the line is dead. They badly have to fix that!

  Without doubt the worst surgery in Southampton, thier customer service skills are non existant. For the past 3 months i have been signed off work with a back problem. When i joined the surgery i was told to call in and ask for an emergency appointment when i needed my sick note renewed. I have had no issues until this morning when the rude and arrogant receptionist (Christina Maccy) claimed that my call was not an emergency and i will have to wait till friday to get a new sick note. Nearly a week after the last one run out!! I have tried to get a sick note before it run out and been told that a doctor will NOT post date a sick note so my only option was to call up after. Now my benefits will potentially be cut because there will be a week in between my old sick note running out and my new sick note starting. Thanks Nichollstown surgery you really are useless!!!
