  Came here for a vaccination for my 3.5 year old recently. Was really easy to get an appointment quickly and the nurse we saw was fantastic. My son hates injections and she was really patient yet got the job done. The only thing is that as soon as the injection was done my son was in hysterics and I was shuffled out of the room to calm him down in the waiting area while the nurse wrote out our certificate, it would have been okay if there hadn’t been other customers around who didn’t give very sympathetic looks to the noise he was making. Perhaps some time in the room would have been nicer until he was a little calmer. Reception staff are very friendly. It’s a little expensive compared to other places and you are charged an extra £15 consultation fee. I would however go back in the future if needed.

  We managed to book a double appointment for the same day. We spoke to friendly male clerk on the phone who explained the prices and again we spoke to a lovely lady when we phoned back after deciding that we do wish to book. Upon our arrival were met by a couple of receptionists both busy and on the phone- we went downstairs and there met another friendly and helpful receptionist who booked us in and was kind enough to offer her experiene on the places we said we were travelling to and share few ‚must see’ places. Sharon the nurse was just the best!! We travel a bit and had several of those travel advise appointments before this one but Sharon’s knowledge and friendly manner impressed us. You can tell that she herself enjoy travelling as has plenty of tips and useful facts. Price for yellow fever is £60 which is cheaper than in some NHS clinics! Thank you for all your help, we shall be back:)

  Child-friendly, caring clinic. Both of my sons were vaccinated for Chicken Pox (Varicella) at the Manchester clinic. The nurse took time out to make them feel relaxed. It was fuss free and she has made sure she is on shift when my youngest has the second dose to provide continuity of care.

  Visited this clinic before both of my extended trips away. Very thorough and professional service and good value for money. Information provided not just about vaccines required but about health risks in different locations and how to stay safe including what to take. Well stocked travel shop - especially liked the water filter I purchased here and the first aid kit was great.

  My boyfriend and I came to the clinic today to have the majority of our vaccinations for an upcoming trip and everybody from the front door to the lovely lady doing the administering was incredibly kind, attentive, and helpful. Smooth visit, top notch service, plenty of extra chat on the nature of the trip, helpful tips, and just a really thorough experience. Couldn't recommend highly enough!
