  Great experience with them, had my laptop screen replaced in only 2 hours which I thought it was ridiculously fast turns out they belong to the few pc repair shops that keep in stock components for laptop repairs. If you have any problems they will advise you for free highly recommend their service. Keep it up North East staff.

  Had an issue with a new build which was diagnosed and repaired in the same day. Friendly, fast service which I cannot fault.

  I've been using them for all my home build components for the last 20 years. I've always had nice friendly customer service and very reasonable prices. I still prefer the piece of mind of knowing that if there are any manufacturer faults I can get it sorted quickly and easily in their shop, rather than having to send back stuff that I could have bought elsewhere online.

  Just bought new gaming spec pc from north east for a home build and they were great. Friendly bunch and gave me great advice on the build also instantly replaced a piece of hardware that I needed in exchange for something else of equivalent price when I went back in three weeks later. I would recommend these guys no problem for your computer needs. Cheerz.
