  Nazia and the team at Northern Group have been incredibly helpful in getting us set up in our new apartment. The initial viewing was great, the application process was smooth, and they've been very quick at responding to queries. Highly recommended.

  I have been a commercial tenant on Lever Street with Northern Group for a number of years. I have discovered recently quite by accident that Northern Group has dramatically reduced their out of hours service. My trip switch needed flicking for my lighting in my unit, I identified the issue using their email service and let them know someone needed to come out and flick the switch also asked them to call with an update so I would know which appointments needed to be re-scheduled. I had no access to the fuse box which was in another tenants studio. I contacted Northern Group on Saturday morning, - no response - I also went round to their office which was deserted as it was the weekend. Northern group did not phone and update me and did not send someone out to flip the trip switch until after business close on Saturday night and did not phone me at all. I had to cancel all my waxing and lash appointments losing me £174 in revenue. Northern Group have not apologised for their poor and unresponsive out of hours service and will not compensate me as they say the matter was responded to the same day. Northern Group used to offer a helpful and responsive out of hours service, who dealt with issues I had with the fire alarm and water leaks within an hour or two. They have dramatically reduced their out of hours service, so it doesn't meet the needs of small businesses who also rely on evening and weekend trade. I would not reccomend renting commercial property from Northern Group as they are very slow with dealing with repairs taking weeks to change light bulbs, not emptying communal bins, not fixing down the footplate on the front door allowing rodents free entry. Also now they don't provide an adequate out of hours service and don't give a toss if you've lost almost a whole day of Saturday business because of it.

  During the initial administrative process Nazia was absolutely awesome. She made herself available to help with the paperwork and throughout my stay at Flint Glass was always available should any issues crop up. I would thoroughly recommend Northern Group to anyone thinking of renting a property.

  Had a great experience finding a property with Northern group, in particular Nazia. She was able to confidently answer all of our questions. I am currently renewing my contact for a different property with Northern Group and it couldn't go more smoothly.

  This has been the easiest and most efficient move I have ever done! I can't thank Nazia and Paul enough. From inquiring about the apartment, to arranging a viewing everything was done in an extremely professional and timely manner. The condition of the apartment when moving in was excellent. Having the application and all household manuals online electronically is so efficient and easy. Would definitely recommend the company and the lovely friendly staff. Thank you
