worst experience with a surgery in my life:-( i've been waiting for my appointment with my gp (btw sexy but not at all professional looking) to review my meds for nearly an hour!!!!! - I'm a normal busy working person 8am to 6pm 6 days a week and i don't have time to waste! I had to cancel in the end my app and storm out and be left without meds as I have literally been ignored in the reception room for nearly 1 hour, not on busy time - my app was for 6pm!!, but because the (not well trained :-) ) receptionist got my name wrong (due to tiredness or lack of staff :-( but hey ho, I would never ever recommend this place to anyone that doesn't have time to waste :-(((

I've used this facility quite a few times over the years, ranging from its first days on Pound lane through to its current residence on Rouen Rd. And I've never had a bad experience on each of my visits. Nurses have been superb alongside the receptionists. Always helpful and gives you the support and prescriptions you require ( if needed). You can usually get seen for non urgent cases, but in the depths of winter or public holidays you may have to wait to be seen or seek alternative advice. As urgent cases will be seen first. Remember they are human with limited resources and equipment.

The appointment was 45 minutes late, rude doctor, my wife started crying because he wouldn't want to refer my 5 months old baby to paediatrician although he could see that the baby has a problem. The doctors/nurses at this surgery (and many other) act like gatekeepers to prevent people from accessing specialist help. For them everything is fine, take some paracetamol, do some blood test...
