  Please ignore the previous comments. Norwich Student Lettings is without a doubt, the best letting agency for students in Norwich. Jo is quick to respond to issues, easy to contact and keeps her houses in an amazing condition. When my house had slight issues with being cold, she fitted an amazing system which made the house warm, cosy and more cost effective. My house had lovely Mexican pine furniture, good quality appliances and the walls were freshly painted. It was a lovely transition from living with parents as it was up to such a high standard. Jo is the most professional agent and she is dedicated to giving students the best experience possible. She doesn't impose and only comes round if she gives 24 hours notice. She also rewards students with chocolates and wine if they keep the house in a good state! I would also like to emphasise that Jo is the most lovely and approachable agent I have come across, she has NEVER been unprofessional, you can always rely upon her. I would definitely recommend Norwich Student Lettings to any student seeking accommodation and you can be sure that they will look after you and support you with any issues/problems you have. 10/10!!!

  I had a terrible experience with this agency. The quality of flat was very good and their process very streamlined - however the staff were difficult to deal with and, while we had a good relationship until then, at the end of the tenancy we found them unreasonable and intimidating regarding unexpected issues which came up after we had moved out. My strong recommendation is to record all conversations in writing and take many photos when you enter and leave the apartment. Overall I found them to be very unprofessional and bullying toward the student tenants and very much regretted getting involved with them.

  Out of all the student lettings agencies these were the best and the houses I viewed were really nice and close to the UEA. The fact that I'm now a tenant says it all. Recommended 5 stars!
