My sister and I went yesterday for the first time, was surprised you can only pay by card, usually it’s the other way round, I did not have my card so my sister had to use hers although it was my treat. The coffee was good and hot but no sweeteners available so had to drink without as I cannot have sugar. Noticed the cakes did not have a cover on them which is not good practice. Over all not a bad experience, just to mention as we were there for a good 30 minutes you lost 8 potential customers when they were told it was card only and they walked away, not a good way to build a business up

Attended your ' coffee club ' together with my colleague, his hand extended out with a good old tenner, only to be told " put that away, our business plan was too be a cashless business, then contiued, we dont take cash, we only take cards. then condesendingly said " welcome to the future of retail " . Just asked the restaurant manager in Lewis's whe are you guys going cashless then ? he just laughed " Good luck !

The coffee here is very good! It is supplied by 200 degrees which is a local coffee roaster. The staff here are incredibly friendly and welcoming and the ambiance is very good. There is free Intu WiFi which makes it a really good place to work on a laptop.

Friendly staff. Quick service. Plenty of seating available - usually not too busy. Nice open plan design makes it feel comfortable and not cramped. Good for pushchairs. Also has its own toilet facilities so if the Victoria centre is busy these might be a quieter option. Serves 200deg coffee. Not my favourite Nottingham coffee but a nice consistent dark roast. Less busy than 200degrees themselves and in a good location. They also have a good selection of cakes on offer including donuts from the Nottingham doughnut company. Quite a few power outlets for those of us who like to work in coffee shops and the Victoria centre has free WiFi.
