Staff are nice, but I typically wait more than 30 minutes for counter services. Staff are clearly instructed to push customers to use self-service, but the queue is frequently too long and slow moving to stand in when you have mobility problems. Also, when I did use it, the member of staff who was supposed to help, selected the most expensive postal option. I was forced to pay over £11 for a small item that I later learned should have cost no more than £3. Complete scam!

Only 1 person near self service checkout. No help whatsoever after 10 minutes. Was told to wait a few minutes by employee before he could talk to me.

Busyness can't be helped, but there was no organised queueing system for the counters. Staff were rude to me about my enquiry and treated me with no respect.

Firstly, there were only 2 staff at the counter at 2pm on a busy Saturday, and not a single person jumped onto a booth to ease the queue. The service was insufferably slow and when one employee (I assume she was new) had an issue, 2 other staff went to assist, including one who was meant to be serving the only other available till. They use a number ticket service to determine the order of those waiting and the screen was full but still no more staff came to assist. There was no sense of urgency at all, with one woman named Alena spending minutes between customers just sitting staring and not visibly doing anything, as well as being rude when I finally came up to the desk. Judging by the numbers displayed above the 2 open tills, one woman (the one I assume was new) was on number 22 whilst an Indian woman was on 12 - WHY IS THIS WOMAN ALLOWED TO PROCESS 10 PEOPLE'S POST WHILST THE ONE BESIDE HER DOES ONE SLOWLY? Overall, I won't be using again.
