  >No Air-conditioning in the hotel, was really hot in winter had to call reception to get a table fan. (Summer Get 2 fans in the room trust me) >Bathroom is alright but the toilet is tiny with no sanitary bin instead you get a mini plastic bag dispenser which is mounted on the wall. >The coffee machine was faulty. >Room services for food is charged £5 per tray. >Slow check-in service. For check-out there is a ballet to drop in your key cards. Overall hotel is in a really good location but could do better in the rooms and room service prices.

  The food was top notch. The room was comfortable and i slept like a baby. All facilities were very good. Will definitely stay again.

  Very spacious room, comfortable bed and good amenities. Friendly and helpful staff. Only problem was the bathroom door handle was too close to the frame to close without weirdly positioning my hand.

  Novotel is in a terrific location, a two minute walk to city centre with parking. The lobby was beautiful and there was a swimming pool that you walk past on the way to the reception. The receptionist was very polite and helpful, we checked in within 2 minutes. We stayed in the standard room with no breakfast however the bed was very comfortable and large and the room itself was quite big as well. There was also a sofa bed that we did not use. The bathroom was lit with warm yellow lighting which contrasted the white lighting of the room which was a bit disorientating and the amenities were also a bit lacking, no shower caps or lotions. However for what we paid for it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay in a wonderful location. Would recommend.

  Great short break. Very helpful staff on arrival, reception area was clean, bright and welcoming. Although there were 2 wedding parties in, staff were very attentive and resolved any issues immediately. Room was clean and well presented. Breakfast was outstanding! Again, very attentive staff and good quality food with a wide range of choices available.
