  Really pathetic customer service, and awful towels that they should pay us to use! Overpriced for what it is. I also tried to book a physio appointment and was made to wait over a month. In addition, when I rescheduled my appointment it was not logged in the system. I am still waiting for another slot. I do not recommend this gym or physio service - avoid at all costs.

  The staff at the gym is friendly, and the equipment is not new but they try to maintain it (not technogym). Pool and spa area size are good. The real problem is space and hygiene of shower rooms. between 5pm and 8pm the structure is absolutely under dimensioned for the number of members. There is literally not an inch of space. And I found during peak hours the shower rooms not clean at all :( Sorry to leave a mixed review. Will definitely change to more stars if they fix it, or change gym if they don't. If you can avoid any hour between 5pm and 8pm is an OK gym. update October 2017 situation got even worse unfortunately. gym equipment getting old and way way overcrowded

  he care of their members is simply non-existent. They cant seem to get the air-con working properly, The weights area is too small and dangerously over-crowded, especially during peak times. And the management seem more interested in buying fresh flowers for the men's toilets(!) than fixing the showers or broken gym equipment. I wouldnt recommend it to ANYONE to join this gym Update Jan 2018 - gym still very badly laid out, the air con is still poor and the music is blasted at you in both the gym and cha going rooms... and on a weekend despite being an "adult only club" there are more kids than my local nursery school

  Was a member for about 6 months. Only ever used the pool. It was probably the best pool I've experienced in London. Usually not too busy, everything was very clean to a high standard. The sauna and steam room were great as well. The pool is small but it does mean that most people come for the gym and not the pool which I think is why it's usually not too busy. I had a bad experience with the memberships team that would of taken my review to 1 star and a lot more negative but in the end I was contacted by Joel the Deputy General Manager who listened to my complaints, apologised, said they are making changes as a result of similar feedback and compensated me accordingly as well which was much appreciated. Therefore I would recommend this gym if you work/live nearby. For me it was one of the best ones I've had in London
