::O2 must surely be the worst company to deal with when it comes to customer service - by a wide margin.... Nothing is possible - its all the 'rules' they need someone to cut red-tape and get back to focussing on delivering decent customer service

::I visited O2 to buy a prepaid simcard for my visit to England from Canada. The prices were reasonable and the staff were quick to help me get on my way. They offer data and minute packages for a single price for a month. The only thing that wasn't as advertised was that I wasn't able to use my data while roaming in mainland Europe even though the staff member assured me it would work. The minutes and texts worked fine. Make sure you have an unlocked phone!
