  Half of the film wasnt in 3d as screen malfuntioned was better quality if u just took them off althogether

  Slightly spoilt by idiot parents with brats. Otherwise a nice place. Kids should be put out when they can't behave.

  Today 03/10/2017 i attempted to book seats on line for the 19.00hrs showing of 'Goodbye Christopher Robin' at the Trafford Centre Odeon. The system will not allow you to reserve seats for that screen/showing/film but will allow you to pay and therefore take a chance on being able to then arrive and select seats on the day. That cannot be a proper method of sale as i would not want to make the journey having paid in full { none refundable } and find that there are only seats left on the first few rows. When i contacted the call centre they confirmed that this is the case but offered no explanation for this bizarre system. The only plus was that i did not pay in advance and that my call to the call centre was answered promptly. Poor show Odeon if you excuse the pun!
