  Rude staff and no customer service skills. The store is very small and no room. The staff look like they been on a night out the day before and can't be bothered about customers. Only thinking about there monthly payment. Do not shop at this store.

  Awful service staff standing around talking not wanting to serve went in today to buy a pair of boots walked back out this is the second time this has happened terrible

  Very disappointing customer service. Do not order from there, next day delivery turned onto 1 week, and they are still looking for my order after 1 week and can't track it as their system is done. Person I spoke to sounds like he just roll out of bed, doesn't care! Have never experienced poor service like this before.

  Never been in a store were the staff are lazy and incapable of helping customers. WE had to approach one female member leaning against a pillar chewing gum, asked if she worked here, a grunt yeah, came the reply. They want the monthly pay, but don't want to be there.

  Possibly the tinest shoe shop ever so you have to squeeze about but lots of shoes and the staff are nice
