Cosy, friendly. Tasty breakfast. The only minus is the loud and busy road behind the house.

We have had a good experience staying here. The staff have been friendly and have gone out of there way to do over and above. The rooms are decorated to a high standard and all good quality furniture, the bed was very comfy and the room adequate size. The breakfast has been very good and the whole experience a relaxing one. My only critiscm is we required a bath as had been travelling allday we was told we would have to pay £20 more once we had got into our room that had a bath in. The offer that we paid did not state as an upgrade as the picture shown was that of the room we were upgraded to that had the bath, maybe not show that on the picture as I think this could be a bit misleading.

A wonderful quaint hotel, with lovely decorated rooms with good use of the space. It was also brilliantly located to Bath Town centre which was a 10 minute walk away. The staff were delightful and really attentive, all making the stay a real treat.

Lovely B and B with unusual rooms. Very friendly service, really made us feel at home. The bar is great! Breakfast nice also, not too big, but you can boost it with a great selection of fresh fruit and yoghurt. Had two good sleeps here, so it must be peaceful and comfortable. Walkable to town unless you have mobility issues. Downhill going in, uphill to walk off dinner on the way home! Bath is delightful.
