  What lovely people,I’m so grateful to the manager for replacing the arms on my frameless glasses ,it it hadn’t been for their help I would have never been able to wear them again ,so grateful thank you again,

  Had a couple of problems with my glasses, however I have to say the Manager at your Middlesborough branch went out of his way to help, which has had a very satisfied outcome. Thank you.

  I went in earlier this week and was told it was usually one week to get new glasses in but as my wedding was in less than four days on spec pulled out all the stops and I'm picking up my glasses the day before my wedding at no extra cost. Can't fault them :)

  Over priced cheap lenses had to go to another optician's to get glasses I could use so glasses I got here not fit for purpose cost almost £120
