  Plumber came to replace a boiler… he was very professional and had a profound knowledge on boilers. Highly recommend to others who require this trade.

  I experienced a slight leakage in my apartment. I was really stressed out - especially because I have young children and shutting the water supply is a big no! The engineer came over, promptly solved the issue and held a very friendly conversation with my kids! A very cheerful individual he was, all my stress vanished away!

  Terrible service, having been charged £100 for 15 minutes work, I had to phone every day for 8 days straight to get a quote for the work. After not one return phone call I gave up and was later told a refund was reasonable. After 3 follow up calls the story changed and I was categorically refused a refund. This is NOT a local company but based somewhere in Kent.

  Was happy with the whole process. Woman who answered the call was professional and the plumber who came round was very skilled. I’ll be using them again.
