  Yes, it's small, but really comfortable in the same time. I enjoy working out there.

  Small but perfectly formed off of Oxford Circus. Dedicated spin studio and workout studio. Gym floor a bit small as are the changing rooms but I've seen far worse. Staff polite and customer service good along with a spotless gym floor.

  I had such a positive experience training with Paulo at the Great Marlborough St Fitness First and would highly recommend him to anyone. He never failed to make me laugh and smile in my sessions even when it felt like he was pushing me to limits I didn't even know I had, and ultimately he has given me the confidence to do my training alone although it is much more fun to do it with him! I am now a better, fitter and healthier version of myself thanks to Paulo!

  I have been training in Fitness first for few years now. I started working with a Paulo personal trainer on a weekly basis. Paulo really helped me to achieve my goals taking into consideration my back problems and giving exercises to improve my condition. I really appreciate how flexible he is. Highly recommended him

  Up until I started training with Paulo, I lacked the motivation, knowledge and confidence to try new things at the gym. Paulo is incredibly understanding and reassuring. Not that he went easy on me – after just a few sessions, I was amazed to see and feel a difference! The sessions are fun and varied. His attention to technique and form reassures me that all my sessions are safe and he explains to me the significance of exercises and their correct form. He goes through diet breakdown in great detail too, and other lifestyle factors. It’s great to see a trainer taking such a holistic approach!! Most importantly, his calm and gentle approach made training with an expert of his caliber a lot of fun and I feel like I have gained not only a trainer but also a friend.
