::Long waiting times for calls.Been calling from last 2 weeks every day in my lunch break at work and they dont attend.keep me on hold all the time.

::Forced out of my home by grossly unethical planning officers. I left Oxford after 33 years and no I won't be coming back. The Oxford City Council only cares about pleasing the students and the University. Residents are last on their list of concerns. I regret giving them one star but unfortunately zero stars is not an option that is offered here.

::Our recycling hasn't been collected in over 4 weeks (we put it out weekly in case we had the wrong weeks) and I had to take it all to Sainsbury's. We've only lived here for a couple of months, rates are high and service levels seem low so far .... hopefully we can post a better rating soon!

::Oxford is full of drunks and dropouts lining beuatiful monuments and streets . As an historical town it is dirty. As a tourist I am appalled. Martyrs memoral is a haven for these drunkards swearing and argumentative you should as a council be ashamed.
