  This is the second time Phil has serviced our Aga and what a find. He is friendly, professional, takes great pride in his work and he and his son Tom left our Aga looking like new. We highly recommend him and are delighted that we have found him. It is marvellous to have someone so trustworthy. You will be glad that you have asked him to do your heating and plumbing work, whatever it is.

  You will get a fantastic service - simple as that! When our boiler died a couple weeks ago, we had no heating and have a small child so Phil went out of his way and spent a whole week putting a new boiler in for us within a couple of days of our boiler dying. Not only will you feel highly valued, you will also get a superb quality of work with attention to detail and immaculate finish. You are not going to find better than Phil!

  Fantastic service, puts the BIG BOYS to shame. Go local, use P G Lakin... you seriously won't be disappointed. I'm thinking of blocking my sinks and toilet up just so as I can call them again!

  For over twenty years, I have used the friendly and professional services of Phil Lakin. He has installed, serviced and upgraded our water and heating systems. He has a depth of knowledge that has kept pace with new technologies in heating and plumbing and he has the certificates to prove it. So that today we have a warmer property, hot water on demand, more space in the property, as we no longer need hot or cold storage tanks, a wireless, portable remote control for the system and it all uses less gas, than we did twenty years ago to run per year. So many thanks indeed.
