  After a 90 minute 10 treatment package, I was walking on air for hours ! Grace is a superb masseuse therapist and practitioner. She is impeccably professional and explains each treatment thoroughly before starting. I have had many massages in my life, few will last in my mind as long as this one. Three days later and I'm still glowing. I wish this business every success, they deserve it. Thank you Grace and team for the awesome experience.

  I had a great facial treatment given by Grace Yap. I loved the experience and I love the results even more! The care you get at Paloma's Beauty is unlike any other spa I've ever been to. I'd never seen my face look so fresh and radiance after the facial. All staff is very accommodating and professional. Highly recommended and i will definitely going again!

  One reason I choose this beauty Salon is that it offered laser hair removal, not IPL Hair Removal. I have had only 2 sessions and I have seen more reduction hair than I previously had from 5 sessions of IPL at another Clinic. The staff are very friendly and informative, and this gem of a salon is right in the city centre, very handy. Can’t wait for further seasons.

  I wonder is these reviews are real. I book a 10 treatments pamper day and they couldn't be more weak, amateur and incredible short. You leave with the feeling you have been ripped off for the price despite being supposed to be well price as they advertise in Grupon. Staff not particularly nice, place very dark salon and building is old and not cleaned properly. Minimum effort applied to the experience. Very disappointed with what you get. I am in discussions with groupon to see if i can be refunded for what i can only assume is a misleading advert with only good reviews, doesn't show the bad ones like me. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND! Response to the owner The reviews you find showing on groupon are only the good ones. Mine is not showing and I am investigating why? people should be able to read all reviews before buying a service. I do not doubt good reviews from your customers. I do doubt where the bad reviews go on groupon. Here on google you only have 5 reviews you cant really know. I have my doubts sorry. you talk about ridiculous prices? I say the service I got for what I paid is the was ridiculous thing here. If you had some sense of business you would fully refund me because the "mini treatments " as you call it doesn't worh £49.00 but £5.00.
