::Our daughter was excited to visit pandora Southampton with us to choose a bracelet for her 14th birthday. We were served by a member of staff who did not make the experience pleasurable and in fact did the bare minimal. She was Unenthusiastic and made us feel awkward asking to try on jewellery. Our daughter was left feeling underwhelmed!!!! Extremely disappointed and discourages is from returning!!

::Poor service..ignored...supposedly they were busy but there was plenty of staff that looked our way who were not serving. One in fact came and collected her cleaning equipment from right in front of us to clean the shop window who ignored us. Items incorrectly priced..refused to honour price displayed. Manageress was delighted to tell us how she prided herself and her staff on Customer Service. I will definitely buy Panodra products from anywhere OTHER than here.

::Clean bright store. Easy to get around in a wheelchair. Not cheap but you don't go in expecting it to be.

::Staff are always really helpful here, but I've never really been a fan of the set up of Pandora shops. You have to wait at a kiosk to be attended by a member of staff as the shop is always so so busy. They then take you to a random counter where you discuss what what you want. That's great but how do you know what you want unless you can browse everything. Unfortunately this isn't really possible as the counters are hidden by all the customers being attended to by the above staff. That is what I dislike. You can't easily browse the selection. Having said that, if you have something in mind ie a theme, the staff are excellent at putting together a small selection for you to choose from. Their knowledge of the charms is excellent from my experiences.
