  Food was horrible and tasted like cardboard. Time taken for pizza was too long and when given the pizzas they had given me the wrong items. Greasy food that covered the pizza. Place was understaffed and they have no co-ordination. Do not go unless you want to be disappointed.

  Without any doubt the best tasting delivery pizza. Good Value of money as there are plenty of delas to choose from and the delivery time is reasonable.

  Since this store opened in Swansea back in 2014 I never thought of ordering Pizza from anywhere else. Though I do try other chain just to see if anything changed but go back to Papa John's again. The Greek and Mexican is a great combination of topping. I was bit upset when they stopped doing Tandoori and Piri Chicken Pizza but obviously that's not the end of the world ! The quality of the food is outstandingly (I below it's throughout the Papa John's chain) Though there are some down side, such as deliver time! It's longer then their main competitor. But again if you want good quality Pizza then I suppose it will take few extra minutes to be in your door.

  Past 3 times I've ordered from here have been bad. First time they took an hour and a half to deliver the wrong order, and then another hour to deliver a cold pizza. Second time they took two and a half hours to deliver a cold pizza, apparently the driver had a breakdown, but they could have least cooked us a fresh pizza Third time they improved slightly by taking an hour and twenty minutes to deliver pizza that was at least warm this time but not hot. Go to domino's instead deliver everytime within fourth five minutes and it's always hot. The pizza is nice here but the service is just absolutely terrible. Tried them again several more times, and never arrive at a decent time, never hot and they are apparently driving in cars that have never been serviced, it's astounding the amount of times the driver has broken down
