  Poor customer service. The delivery driver was in the preparation area, on his phone, in his bike jacket and with no apron or hair net. The deliver driver (still equip for delivery) was handling orders when they came out the oven. When it came to my delivery and he handled it after it fell on the counter, I promptly asked for a refund. The manager tried to say he had washed his hands in another sink, but this was not the case, as I was watching through the window the whole time. Slow service and no customer service skills. Very unreliable. Try to avoid this store.

  pizza's,delivery is ok,but the dips are terrible.garlic souce is like melted butter,other souces not good as well.

  Papa John's Norbury have done it again. Their pizzas are miles ahead of the competition in terms of quality, choice and flavor. Mine was delivered quicker than I thought given it was Friday evening. Would like to thank Ali Raja (delivery) for the speedy delivery.
