  Worst place ever. I ordered after midnight which is supposed to be a time which isn't the busiest for them. After over an hour, they called and said it'll be about 45 mins more so I said they should cancel and the staff said that was okay. It's has been 3 weeks of speaking to the manager and staff there and they keep giving me conflicting steps to take and most of excuses and no money. There are a lot more things I can say about my experience which are horrible but long story short, i raised a dispute with Paypal a week ago and I have just got my money back. What an incompetent company. In any functioning company, where there has been a mutual cancellation, a refund is done automatically...this was complete failure

  Decent pizza, garlic sauce could be better. Domino's offer much tastier garlic sauce

  I would give it 0 if I could. Made order worth more than 20 pounds. Never arrived even though it showed that it arrived on website/app. Tried to call 4 times. No one answered. Probably worst thing on Aberdeen.

  Absolutely terrible! I ordered chicken BBQ pizza. Where was the chicken? A splash of sauce over the top of the pizza, really?! Looked disgusting and tasted disgusting. I also ordered wedges which arrived half cooked. I would not even give that to my dog! As I'm six months pregnant I was not impressed I had to order from another place. As for your staff who answer the phone, you should really consider someone who understands the English language fully! Clearly using cheap untrained staff. Called to complain, was not offered refund. SHUT YOUR DOORS!

  My girlfriend and I ordered 2 Pizzas on a 2 for 1 deal online. When we received the verification order. We noticed only 1 pizza was marked down. We decided to call up and explain the error. But despite calling 7 times on two separate phones, not 1 person picked up. Absolutely TERRIBLE service. Crap online ordering procedure, and even more crap consideration for their customers.
