  Took 1.5 hours to come, rang them to see where my pizza was and they said it was out for delivery. Took another 30mins to come and its only an 8min drive so the person had obviously lied. Not ordering there again.

  Asked the fat ignorant feller serving if my additional dips were in the bag,he says yes, they weren't . Got order wrong returned to shop took 15 minutes to refund it and was cold when I got home. On plus side got a free PUBE in my wedges Avoid

  No customer service... After waiting more than 4hours to get our pizzas we were told this will be credited into our account. Today we tried to order the pizzas supposedly free of charge they promised us, but of course it is not possible! The person in charge is not a manager and cannot approve the credit. It is a joke, last time we couldn't use our credit because it had to be an exact repeat order but we were not enough people to eat it all. Now that we are, we should place our order another night when the manager will be working! Being lied to repetitively is not what I look for when ordering pizzas.. Placing an order on Dominos website tonight, surely won't take 4h to deliver our £50 order!!

  I have ordered two pizzas both missing key ingredients, the crust was 4 inches imagine half of the pizza was crust, have had ordered a lot of Pizzas from the same place over the years lately I have had an issues with evry order and I told my self it's going to get better and I have nerve complaint, as the staff are pleasant enough when I pick up my orders, so this time i decided to complain and the girl on the phone was very polite and offered 50% on my next order, when my wife opened the second pizza was exactly the same mistakes, so I have decided to let them know as a feedback, I was passed to the manager who was unhappy with my complaint and very rude and aggressive and literally asked me to return the pizzas so I did, when I went to the shop the guy was delusion first accusing me that I am a serial complainer despite that was my first time ever complaining about food anywhere in the world and secondly refuse to refund the money and called the police, it was unbelievable!!!!!! So irresponsible he was agitated telling lies and so on, that's a pizza from papa in Alerton can spoil your night

  Do not order from this store. Ordered ASAP and it took 2 hours to arrive, stone cold. I then sent the driver back to remake my order. An hour passed and it hadn't arrived so when I called up to ask where my order was I was told that it was 'on the road, will take a few minutes'. Obviously that was a lie, as I then got a very rude call back from who I assume was the branch manager telling me that in fact the food was 'to their standards' and 'made fresh'. Apparently, I was even being 'pedantic'. Safe to say I will never order another Papa Johns again, and I advise you not to either.
