  The pizza is fine but nothing special. The dip that comes with the pizza was too small and the pizza didnt come warm enough.

  When I asked the cashier if there any deal he made a very funny joke I could buy the small size pizza with biggest pizza price!!! At least they could find someone can talk normally to a customer..

  I would leave no star if I could. Ordered double cheese but came w normal amount of cheese. On the site it said that if the customers are not satisfied then we can get another one but the person on the phone was just trying to get rid of us. Was really disappointed.

  Im not sure about all the bed reviews, but i ordered twice so far from here, and all was good. quick service, quick delivery,and i prefer PPJ over Domino... :)

  I always order pizza from Papa Jones. Today I called to order a pizza to collect. Someone answered my call. As soon as he answered he started to say same thing : "What's going on brother " and hang up the phone. I called second time to order pizza another staff answered. I said I'd like to order a pizza he said ok, I started to say what I want he hanged up phone again. What I am going to say is if you work for a brand like Papa Jones you have to know how to answer the phone and how to treat your customers.
