  I had to press the star because it won't let you leave a review otherwise. One of the worst shopping experience I have ever had. I bought three tops all size medium and informed owner I hadn't time to try them on and he said I could return them and would be given a credit note. Fair enough. I returned two tops labelled as medium size which was obviously a mistake as they were an ex small. I'm a size 10/12 and I literally could not get my arms in. So obviously never worn. I had removed one label but returned it with the top, plastic tie included. I left the tops whilst waiting for the manager's return and they had swapped the pin top with one that was marked a d then accused me of marking it and refused to give me a credit note. I said I would complain to trading standards and the manager refused to give me a credit note for either top. This shop is the worst I have ever had the misfortune to visit and would advise that if you want decent products and good service then avoid this shop.
