  Actually a very nice stay. Super polite staff and a very nice, clean, room. Slept pretty well for the most part. They really need to fix/change their entryway though.

  As a location to eat it's pretty expensive and a pretty standard gourmet burger type place, not particularly fast service either although the staff are pleasant. There are plenty of other better places to eat...although if it's just certainty of a seat and a large group that are your main requirements this is a good stop, otherwise go elsewhere and eat. What the strength of this place ( not withstanding its role as a city centre hotel) is its role as a bar with associated beer garden; a bit of a rarity in the locale. Nice partially covered area which is enclosed and green. You wouldn't know it was there unless you actually went in. Good for an after-work catch up with friends. Reasonably city centre priced drinks. Super clean toilets too 😁

  Lovely bar and restaurant with staff who appeared to enjoy their job making our food and drinks taste even better. Definitely worth a visit.

  Good hotel in the city centre. They have an offer of parking but you have to pay £10.50 for 24 hours and if you take your car out before that no discount is applied. Best bet park in surrounding areas and walk in as they are free on some roads.

  Great location, nice rooms. Breakfast very good value. Has a gym and steam room which are free. Gym very basic though. Only one treadmill. Staff very friendly and helpful. Safe in the room which is handy.
