  Excellent stay although the rooms were adequate. The rest of the hotel is exceptional in particular the restaurant was impeccable. We shall certainly be returning.

  Parking is very limited and £14 per night, I paid the overnight tariff and went out for a meal only to return and find no spaces available as the hotel doesn't reserve one for its guests. The staff were friendly and let me park in the staff car park. The room decor varies from room to room and is tired, shabby and on the aged side. There is no air conditioning so you have a heater and a fan. I had swapped my room initially due to a non working heater only to find out the next room had a similar issue where the heater would only work for 2 minutes and then cut out, I advised staff who said it would get fixed but nobody bothered to update me and I returned to a freezing room. Having frozen all night I had a rubbish night's sleep. The breakfast spread is very limited and not what I would expect from a Radisson. All in all an awful stay which is reflective of the 2 star rating despite the attempts from staff to rectify, safe to say I'm not returning here. I would recommend staying at the Radisson blu across the road, it's miles better in my experience.

  Staff reasonably friendly and rooms good, mattress was a bit tired but still delivered a reasonable sleep. Quiet room on 4th floor overlooking the main entrance and Motorpoint Arena. Great location for shopping.

  Once past reception the building and room felt a bit tired and past their best. Some decor has been updated so there is a mixture of old and new. It was, however, spotlessly clean and I liked that the room wasn't air conditioned and had opening windows. Breakfast was a bit limited but food from the restaurant in the evening was very good. Absolutely no complaints about the staff who were all genuinely friendly and very helpful. I would stay there again but I'd shop around first.

  Quality furnishings, free upgrade and Dove soap. Comfortable bed, large room and large elevator. Great stay. One word of warning - the buffet breakfast looked awful. Rubbery scrambled egg in white liquid. Sausages with tough pastry wrapped round them and butter nut squash. Seriously?? Room was worth 5 stars and the lad on reception was lovely.
