  Clean, double room with decent amount of space for the price so very pleased. Everything you'd need for a short stay including iron + board, laundry & dry cleaning services, TV with free view and radio and even a personal safe which was a nice addition. Parking was convenient and easily accessible from the entrance and included in the price and looked to be covered by CCTV cameras. The bar and menu were reasonably priced. Others within our party made use of the gym facilities and said they were happy with the facilities and services offered. Public transport was easy enough to access and private hire to and from the city centre was reasonably priced. Overall a pleasant stay.

  Staff were so friendly and couldn't do enough for us. Rooms were clean and do was the bathroom. It was also really quiet. Would definitely stay here again.

  I and most of my family stayed here from 25 December 2017 to 26 January 2018. Arrived in the evening having travelled from Western Australia. We were very weary and although we had liaised with the hotel over many months we were alarmed that reception had not anticipated our party of 8 arrival. The person on reception that evening was totally lacking in customer service skills and we were very disheartened! The rooms were very tired looking with grubby carpeting and well worn and dirty drapes. However we were grateful that the bathrooms were o.k and beds were comfortable. Having said all this we were extremely impressed with all other staff who were courteous and professional and engaging. The breakfast was great and set us up for each day we were in the U.K. Pool was a great bonus although too much chlorine!

  I stayed for one night for a work meeting. The venue was comfortable, the food was good and staff were friendly and helpful so all in all a good trip. One minor point: the soap dispensers are not particularly well designed and a lot of it can end up on the floor, true for both dispensers in the rooms and also the communal bathrooms.

  Very nice place. Havent stayed overnight for the full experience but was great for a work event I attended a while back. The staff were very friendly and had set up the room professionally. No job was too big for them. They helped with peoples parking and questions and greeted clients with directions of where to go and where to get refreshments.
