  Warm Reminder. Please be careful when you are staying in hotel next, especially staying in Park Inn by Radisson York City Centre. My pleasant trip in York during a recent holiday is ruined by Park Inn York. The hotel deducts GBP50.00 from my bank account, falsely alleging me causing blockage to the drain in the shower. They also claimed this caused them loss of revenue by not being able to rent the room out, bearing in mind I checked out on the last day of the recent public holiday . Please make sure you need to let the hotel know immediately at whatever time in the day, if it seems the drain of the tab and/ or the shower is blocked. Hope no one will be the next victim of this hotel's false allegation. This is the first time I experience this issue in my travelling histories. Hope everyone good luck.

  We had a superior room and it was amazing. We had a welcome card and chocolates waiting for us and the view was great over the river. We could see York Minster. Would highly recommend.

  Good location with river view. Pay extra for parking and recommend eating out for breakfast. So much to do here we need to come back! Overall recommend

  This is nice hotel centrally located with a dedicated carpark. It has good views and a good bar with a nice selection of bar food etc. Staff are great. The rooms are big and fairly well equipped with TV and safe. Really let down by appalling pillows. Even asking for more or different didn't help. A Radisson hotel should really know better than provide such poor quality

  Fantastic staff who are friendly and very helpful. Rooms clean and spacious. WiFi is strong throughout the whole hotel with more than adequate speed. Food is of a high standard and reasonably priced. Location is excellent being no more than a short walk to all the local attractions and amenities. Will not stay anywhere else when visiting York in the future.
