  Absolutely ridiculous service by Receptionists. 41 mins on the phone and I'm still next in line to be answered.

  Terrible service all year round. Phones are hardly answered. When u finally get an appointment they get rid of u within 2 mins. Its just operated like a factory atm. In the process of changing surgery.

  after 7 minutes on the phone waiting to be answered she said she would transfer the call to the secretary of the clinic she transferred me and the secretary didn't answer, very frustrated.

  Moved up from Hampshire earlier this year. I have found this practice to be very helpful and quick to get things checked out and referred. The receptionists have always been helpful and we have all managed to get appointments when we have requested them. Thank you

  Friendly front staff with good doctors; parking Ok ish.
