  Could be a lot better. View from our room was an apartment block so close we could see right in. Bed uncomfortable, shower smelt of drains. Plus point easy to get to tube station, quieter than the other side of Westminster Bridge + a really good pub 5mins walk, not the pretentious boat/bar opposite.

  Very well situated, especially for the price. The room was stylish and reasonably spacious for central London. The only issue was the never ending clatter of trains behind the hotel, but as I was only there to sleep after a big night, I didn't notice. Check in at 5.30 was very busy and really slow

  Great location overlooking the Thames. Room was amazing, very comfortable with some top tech - electric curtains... Friendly staff. Nothing too much trouble. Fantastic food also.

  Don't get me wrong, it's not all bad. Location is wonderful. The rooms in general are nice and the beds are very comfortable. But my pet peeves is cleanliness and, unfortunately, I feel that it isn't clean enough for a 4* hotel. Correct that, 4* London hotel. It could be due to us being a large group and it all being paid for by the company I work for so maybe they didn't feel they needed to provide a 4* level rooms, however, they might not thought about the fact that I would consider coming back here with my wife for a city break... I'm afraid this will not be the case. I need to get ready for a meeting so I won't go into details, but I will add some pictures where you will be able to see what is the issue I found. Tables and mirror dirty, AC cover coming off, no bin bag in the bin, tiles in bathroom dirty, drawers full of dust and even some paper rubbish, even the wooden corner of the wall had a mark of God knows what origin. Even when I've been on cheap Spanish last minute holidays, the 3* hotelS (we've been on number of occasions to different hotels), the rooms have been cleaner. On the plus side, the staff was wonderful, very helpful and amazing in every way.

  Great hotel with lovely, professional staff. They gave me a free upgrade. Rooms are not sound proof and the hotel is near the road so expect considerable noise. Though I requested a quiet room it was not considered and I ended up in a noisy room. Roomservice is extra ordinary and they have nice discounts on the meals. The gym here is small but has good options for exercise. Thank you for making my stay wonderful.
