    I'd seriously consider another firm if your requiring a fast conveyancing service. Home purchasing with this firm is painful, expensive and stressful. We were treated poorly from day 1. They even added paid services without consulting us which we didn't want. They never keep you informed and just cannot be bothered as you're just another case file.

    I was lucky enough to have Daniel assist me when it came to light my landlord had not used a DPS with my deposit and was attempting to retain it. I was due to leave the country in a week and Daniel took this on board acting quickly. Throughout the process he was calm, professional and informative.     This company could do with training their call-taking staff members to a bit of a higher standard. A certain amount of professionalism in phone manner and call handling should be basic to any business really and doubly so for a law firm. Same goes for the managing of messages and returning of calls. Not the worst law firm in the city by any means and my grumble with them is something so easily rectified.
