  Reception staff are very friendly and make you feel welcome and you don't get judged because we have to use the pdsa, as I'm on a low income the vets are also kind

  Wonderful staff, polite, caring and so helpful....clean vets...they deserve more praise for what they do for our pets and us to as animal lovers

  Great pleasant and friendly vets i cant rate them highly enough for the work they do to all animals that go there and they just rely on people giving a donation for all their work even including operating on the animals plus after care, a great big thank you, by the way i do support the p.d.s.a. and the r.s.p.c.a each month by direct debit

  our cat went suddenly blind rang out of hours call answered by a girl named Claire my daughter was distraught but spoke to her very kindly and reassured her and really calmed her down very professional also day staff are very professional and polite very happy to take our cats there

  They were so kind to my daughters dog right up until she passed away
