::Unbelievably disappointed. I came to Perillas in a bid to have a chippy dinner and unwind from a stressful week. I had recently started going there due to the great food and student discount incentive but then the owner served me on Friday and I most certainly am never coming back. After being charged almost double, given the wrong change and then he had the cheek to charge me half the student discount as my partner was not a student, it is safe to say that I have never come across such appauling customer service for a family business. Since when does that EVER happen? Wilko doesn't charge me half the student discount just because I am buying for my partner so why should Perillas? Absolutely ridiculous! I felt embarassed, uncomfortable and have never been so outraged on a Friday night. I will hapilly be buying my takeaway elsewhere from now on!

::We came in to have a nice lunch, first I could not pay for my meal because it has to be over £8 to pay by card (?!) wonder why is that... than we sat down to wait for our meal in the restaurant area, and received all our food wrapped-in takeaway style, we have never been asked if we wanted to eat-in or takeaway, when the lady realised we were eating in she came to our table and told us we have to pay for eating in (?!) and told us to pay it on the way out. Terrible experience, I would give it 0 stars is I could. Food was nice. Customer care skills zero.

::Great service. Food was delicious, well cooked and hot. Very accommodating for 4 adults and 3 kids just walking in at peak time. Hadn't been to Perillas for years but will be back again soon. Merci, bravo!
